General Terms & Conditions

We are a creative art, design, songwriting, poetry, children's stories, short drama, and musicals writing company. We write and print short runs and individual commissions. Always try to charge affordable and fair prices for our work and monthly charity donations are a permanent feature of our company.

Particular areas to note are that:

All orignal paintings, designs and prints, using different pens, pencils, paints, inks etc may be affected by direct sunlight, heat, or damp, so choice of position of your artwork is important.

While every effort is made to show colour and shade of artwork, computer screens will vary in their display of them.

You must be at least 18 years old, and agree that you are the credit card holder for your account, or have express permission of the cardholder to use their card if using it as a payment method.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date essential personal information.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not use or keep your details other than to facilitate your purchase and legal accounts requirements.

Cancellation of Order

An order can be cancelled up to the point of despatch. A confirmation email will be sent at tiime of dispatch.

Exchange And Refund Policy Terms & Conditions.

All Personalised and Made to Order items are not refundable.

Boo Designs Gift Cards are not refundable.

For all other sales:

Boo Designs Ltd will exchange or refund an item upon Safe Return of Goods in their original packaging.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in perfect condition in their original packaging.

We will refund to your original payment method.

DELIVERY,  POSTAGE & PACKAGING

All orders will be confirmed by email.

All orders within the UK will be sent to customers by Standard Postage & Packaging dependent on the size and weight of order, unless requested by express delivery.

Estimated Delivery is:  3 to 5 Working Days - 1st Class , 10 Days - 2nd Class

All orders outside of the UK will be at Standard Internaional Rates dependent on location, size, and weight of order.

Estimated Delivery is:  14 Working Days
